Hello, I’m Michelle. I’ve been a cleaner for Laura for over twenty years and I care about your home as much as she does. I will ensure your house is cleaned to the exact requirements you discussed with Laura during your home visit. It’s very simple. I turn up, clean your house then go again. If I'm poorly or on holiday Laura will send another member of staff in my place and your home will be cleaned as normal. All the time consuming worries about my pay etc are left to Laura.
