ARE THE KEYS TO MY HOME SAFE WHILST IN YOUR POSSESSION?

YES. All keys are kept in a safe. Each key has a numbered tag identifying it with our records. The keys and records are kept separately. Your key will be issued by a member of the management on the day of our visit and returned to the safe that evening. Remember, we are also fully insured to guard against the worst.
